TERMS OF DELIVERY:

Our products are shipped directly to your residence, anywhere in Europe.

You will be prompted by mail about the delivery of the ordered products.

– Will be delivered to the address requested by the client.

– Delivery is made by shipping companies which have contract with izabelamandoiu.com or by their own means.

– Products will be delivered in original packaging from izabelamandoiu.com. If you notice irregularities to the the delivery package received, please contact us immediately.

DELIVERY CHARGES:

The order delivery cost for Romania which worth less than 500 lei, placed on IzabelaMandoiu.com is supported by RAW DESIGN ATELIER S.R.L. For the delivery in the community area, prices differ depending on the chosen country – fare will be displayed in the address when filling (step 3) and placing the order.

The prices of the products presented on izabelamandoiu.com do not include the delivery charge. After you add the products to your shopping cart, on the cart page you will notice displayed the last delivery charge for order.

Products can deliver internationally. Formalities and customs duties regrding customs crossings are paid by the client.

DELIVERY DATE :

Because we know how much you want a product when you place an order, we try to offer you a short delivery time. However, the Izabela Mandoiu products delivery may differ, depending on the model and the embodiment of every product. After completing the order, delivery time will be determined with a brand consultant, if it is not mentioned on each product page. Delivery time starts from the date of the confirmation order.
