PRODUCT AVAILABILITYBecause the handmade applications that we use are produced in limited series with long term creation, the products presented on Izabelamandoiu.com will be delivered to the customer while stocks last and regarding the order in which they were ordered. If one or more products ordered is not in stock, you will receive a notification by telephone or via email at stating the availability of it, then you decide whether to keep the product till the update of the stock or you order another. RAW DESIGN ATELIER SRL will not send other product than the one ordered.
The products made on order, customer size, can not be returned unless they have manufacturing defectives. Also, if a payment was made in advance for product realization, it could not be returned, if the supplier has already started to manufacture the product..If the payment is made in advance and the selected products are no longer available nor can be produced, the customer will be entitled to get back the money paid for them. In all cases, when the products can not be delivered, the customer could require only the immediate return of the amounts already collected by RAW DESIGN ATELIER SRL, but no other compensation. In order to be in touch with the availability of existing products in stock, after eachplaced order, a representative of Izabelamandoiu.com will contact you to confirm the action. The products participating in the promotion are delivered within existing stock, without the possibility of updating it.
Description and photos presenting of the products have indicative role only and may contain accessories, which are not included in the price. The color of the product may differ substantially from the actual color, depending on the properties of the monitor used.
PRICING POLICY, PRODUCTS TRANSPORT & PAYMENT
Prices are established when products are displayed on site and can change if you apply policy discounts. All prices are expressed in lei/ron. We reserve the right to change prices over time.
According to Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 on consumer rights, the consumers have the right to notify the commerciant in writing, in order to waive the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason within 14 calendar days since receiving the product.Products made by custom order may not be returned. Also, the products boughts from the physical shop, acording to the law no. 51 of 21st January, 2003, trade is not considered remotely shopping and therefore, it can not be returned.
You must notify us via email or by phone at 0723.696.399 in the first 14 days after receipt of order about the products you wish to return. Make sure you have read and understood our terms and conditions before.
Products can be returned only if they are in their original state, they do not show damages due to customer use and if they are accompanied by original packaging, as well as documents received in the box.
To return, please let us know when your package is ready and we will send a representative of Fan Courier at the address specified by you for taking over. Only this way the return transport is free (valid for orders in Romania).
Money back within 48 hours in case of return
Once the package came to us with the returned products, izabelamandoiu.com agrees to return the value of the products by bank transfer within 48 hours from receipt and return validation; this consideration does not include charges for transportation of the returned products.
